In August 2011, after fasting and praying for three days, I was seeking God for personal guidance and direction for my life and family. August 19th was the last night of my fast and prayer time and it was during this night that I woke in the middle of the night. I began to pray, just as I had on the previous couple nights when the number 82 became very prominent in my mind. At first I did not think anything of it, but as my prayer time progressed it became inescapable to ignore. It was then that I asked the Lord what this meant. He immediately told me that 82 was a number in which I would find many answers to the secrets of his kingdom. In addition 82 had another meaning, what, I did not know. However, I can say that since that date on August 19th, 2011 I have had the number show up randomly at various times and places. I checked into a hotel room with the number 2882 which referred to me as the number 82 reflected as if in a mirror, 28 82. I originally thought that the number represented days, and from August 19th 2011, it fell upon 11-9-2011, yet nothing happened, except getting checked into the hotel with the number 2882. Since about the first of February of 2012, I have had an impression that 82 days from January 1, 2012 would be a countdown. That date is March 23, 2012. Today is March 18th, 2012 and I have a compelling thought that I needed to post this so that it would be time stamped.
So this brings me to the date of March 23, 2012. I do believe that on this date that a major event if some kind will occur. Whether it is a natural, social, economic or a personal event I have no idea. I do know though that the number 82 has been impressed upon me for some strange reason. I continue to seek God's guidance and insight as to what this means. I do not even know if anything will happen on this date, but as a step of faith on my part I must post this because of the compelling I feel.
The thoughts of what could or may happen run the gamut. Will a major earthquake happen? Perhaps the fall of America, or even a death. In the case of a death, I pray that this is not the case. Please Lord, no!! Yet this number continues to stay in the forefront of my mind. The many questions that surround this are too numerous to even mention. As I have studied the internet seeking other reasons or meanings for this I have come across many other people who have had similar experiences. One individual had the number 311 impressed upon him, and as his story goes, he and his family were on a vacation when he was awakened in the middle of the night from a dream of an intense earthquake in Japan. When he told his wife, she prayed with him. When the whole family went to breakfast that next morning, 3-11-2011 they were shocked to find that indeed an earthquake and the ensuing tsunami had occurred in Japan. My point is that he had been given the number of 311 and he too could not figure out why or what it meant. I only mention this because of the similarity to my own number of 82. God will reveal to me what this means eventually, I just wish he would do so soon.
